EMPEA Deal Book & ESG Cases

As an independent non-profit organization, EMPEA is looking for new ways to engage and represent our network of private capital investors.

In an effort to illustrate the value add of private equity in emerging markets and to proactively share real investment examples with global LPs, EMPEA GP members can now exclusively apply to be selected for the EMPEA Deal Book & ESG Cases. Private capital industry professionals who are not fund managers can nominate a PE firm and deal for consideration by clicking here.
 

A limited number of cases will be selected. Each investment should feature environmental, social, governance, or diversity (ESG) as this has become increasingly important for institutional investors.  
 

This publication will be widely distributed to the EMPEA network as a public good and is a critical tool in our strategy to educate the community and develop the ecosystem going forward. 
 

SUBMIT A DEAL: Open exclusively to EMPEA members. All deals must be submitted by 1 August 2020. Please include as much detail as possible in the following information request template. Partial submissions will not be considered. Firms can submit multiple entries, but only one can be selected for inclusion in the Deal Book. Participating firms will have final approval of any published material.
